Chiropractic
Chiropractors are primary health providers trained in diagnosis, management and conservative treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders. We use a variety of techniques which may include spinal manipulation to assist your body in functioning how it was designed to.
Dry Needling
Dry needling varies from traditional acupuncture and is designed to release myofascial trigger points that may cause tight or sore muscle and disbalances through the body.
Preventative Health
Once your body is on the right track, a strong emphasis is put in your care to prevent recurrence or any future aches or pains from happening. This may include tackling outside factors such as lifestyle, diet, and other stresses. Functional stretches or exercises may also be given to prolong your good results.
